Common Questions When Purchasing Identification Cards

What do most ID Cards look like?

Most ID cards are custom, full-color printed cards with the features necessary to make the cards functional throughout the organization. Most ID badges are full-color or gray-scale and they incorporate an ID photo, name, ID badge number, barcode or magnetic stripe, and sometimes an electrical contact point to access information and credentials for the card holder.

I already have a design. Can Creative Card Group just print my ID Cards for me?

You can create your own artwork on our ID Card template, all we need is the artwork sent to us in a high-resolution file in one of the following formats;

  • EPS
  • Any Adobe File
  • Quark

I need my ID Cards right now; what is your turn around time for printing and shipping?

Creative Card Group's Identification Card production has a normal turnaround time of 10-14 business days. We do offer rush services of 3 and 5 business day production turns to help those with a high demand for high quality ID Cards. We will always provide you with a realistic time frame for the completion of your card production project. We utilize all major carriers to ship products in order to provide excellent shipping solutions to fit your needs.

Are there a minimum number of ID Cards that I can order?

Creative Card Group will print id cards in any quantity you need. ID pricing is available by submitting a request for a quote. CCG encourages it's customers to request quotes for more than two quantities as this can effect the cost per card.

What else are ID Card customers ordering?

ID Card customers often order lanyards and ID badge clips to maintain ease of use of the ID badges. Creative Card Group can also print custom logos on to retractable badge clips with our two color pad printer.
